Estoy genuinamente hypeado porque el dia de hoy anunciaron la fecha en la que van a liberar 3.0+.1.0 de manera internacional.
Asi que para medio celebrar voy a compartir un par de datos curiosos(que no he compartido en algun episodio de la taqueria), y unas cuantas opiniones.

-El diseño de los rostros de las unidades Eva esta inspirado en las mascaras ONI de la cultura japonesa, la intencion era que lucieran ‘diabolicas’.

-Soryu era un buque del tipo portaaviones (o carrier), mientras que Shinikami era un buque destructor del ejercito Japones. Por ello la primera vez que conocemos a Asuka es precisamente en un portaaviones. En los rebuilds su apellido cambia a Shinikami para reflejar en cierta forma su cambio de personalidad.

Estos dos son datos de trivia que olvide mencionar en las ultimas grabaciones. En cuanto a mis opiniones..

-Creo que el titulo de 3.0+1.0 a parte de sacarle la vuelta al numero 4(por la creencia japonesa de que el numero 4 suena foneticamente muy cercano a la muerte). Es los primeros 3 siendo los episodios 25-26, el manga, y The End of Evangelion. Ahora culminan con un final mas de los rebuilds, por ello el 3.0+1.0.

-El personaje de Mari es la insercion de la esposa de Hideaki a la franquicia (o el tributo de A. Hideaki a su esposa). En cierta forma cada personaje de Evangelion contiene cierta parte de la personalidad de su creador, pero en particular el personaje de Mari llega -virtualmente- de la nada, impactandose contra el buen Shinji-kun en un paracaidas, tal y como sucede cuando una persona importante llega a tu vida, llega inesperadamente, y causa un impacto.

-Dentro de la misma corriente de pensamiento, es palpable el cambio de personalidad de A.Hideaki entre la serie original, y los rebuilds. Literalmente la serie original termina con destruccion (o cada episodio algo se iba erosionando), mientras que en los rebuilds, van reconstruyendo (valga la redundancia) desde relaciones (con el shinji-kun) hasta todo el desmadre que dejo atras la serie original. Ademas que tiene un tono mucho mas ‘esperanzado’ que la original, al menos en mi caso soy team porque tenga un final mas feliz, que agridulce o triste.

-En mi opinion hay 3 temas centrales en cada entrega de evangelion
NGE: Tenemos que amarnos a nosotros mismos
EoE: Aceptar la realidad de que el mundo es un lugar cruel, y frio pero que alberga belleza y esperanza.
Rebuilds: Buscar, y enfocarnos en el amor, belleza y esperanza de ese mismo mundo.
En una nota personal(mas), siempre que leo una noticia triste, o toda horrible, lo unico que me viene a la mente es precisamente lo de End of Evangelion “YA TODOS TANG! ALV”.

-El final del manga es, hasta el dia de hoy mi final favorito. Aun me fata ver 3.0+1.0. No hago mucha referencia al manga porque quisiera que algun dia todos lo leyeran libres de spoilers.

Ya para finalizar todo este rant -de celebracion- voy a poner algo que encontre en un articulo que lei hace algunos meses, me dio para abajo leerlo al inicio, pero despues me saco una sonrisa (algo si como con NGE). Eso es todo, a ver si para Agosto tengo mi opinion del final-FINAL. Esperemos llegar hasta ese dia.

Due to the pressure that Neon Genesis Evangelion generated, Anno thought about suicide.
It has been through the documentary issued by NHK, focused on Hideaki Anno and his work in recent years with “Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0”, that we have been able to know the difficult scenario that the director navigated on more than one occasion. In fact, more immediately we discovered that the final part of the film’s script was delivered in the last moments of the granted deadline, and that is that shaping the story was a constant challenge for Mr. Anno.
Returning to the director’s suicidal thoughts, the truth is that we have to go back to shortly after “Evangelion” became a mass phenomenon in the first place. Apparently, with the anime broadcast Hideaki Anno found a series of Internet threads whose main theme revolved around a most murky topic: ‘the best way to kill Anno’. This led the director to think that his days in the anime were over, and he almost went into the most extreme madness.
In the documentary, Hideaki Anno explains that there were up to two scenarios in which he considered losing his life; the first consisted of jumping before the passing of a train, and the second jumping from the roof of his study building. Fortunately, these situations never materialized, although the main reason Anno appeals for it is that he “wanted to die in a way that did not hurt.” The director expresses that in later years, returning to work on “Evangelion” and on live-action films, he suffered times of great fatigue, also thinking that he had reached his creative limit, but ultimately he always managed to get ahead -thanks above all,to the support of his wife. At the moment we do not know what the future holds for Mr. Anno and the franchise with which he has shared a lifetime, but in any case we must be happy that both are still alive today…’
